I spent FOUR DAYS on this project so here it is! These are my NEW PC upgrades for the new year of 2019! I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU and an MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard to an Intel i5-8600k (I will return it soon for the 9600k) and the NZXT N7 Z370 motherboard. The black and red color scheme of the Ryzen build and motherboard was really unsightly so I went for a minimalist black and white PC build with hints of RGB. I plan on using this PC for editing 4K videos for this channel as well as playing lighter games like Fortnite, Subnautica, and Overwatch at 1080p 60fps.

Side note: I might’ve assembled all the parts together in a non-ideal order since I’m a noob and I pretty much did it all on my own. Some clips may be sped up in a jarring way since the shutter speed on some clips was erroneous. I’m also returning the 8600k for the 9600k because I found out that most Z370 motherboards are compatible with 9th gen Intel CPUs with a BIOS update (and the November update from NZXT proved that). The 8600k is practically the same price as the 9600k so there’s no reason not to upgrade. And finally, yes, there is a ton of dust residing on my monitor–I mentioned it in the video and I’ll be cleaning it now after typing this. Thanks for watching, and make sure to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to support my channel and motivate me to make more videos consistently!
