Max Payne is back, and he’s world-weary, sarcastic and bitter as ever.
Still mourning, or at least still pissed off about the death of his wife and child, Max is living a life of booze and pills, sustained in this entry to the series by work in private security.
Posted in São Paulo, Brazil, in what seems like a fairly easy and laid-back job with the rich and famous, he finds himself thrust into a dark and intense plot, the likes of which aren’t entirely unfamiliar to him, but which for me provided an engrossing and awesome 12 solid hours of entertainment. . .
